Can I customize my items?
Yes! when you place your order over the phone, you can customize select items. We offer custom poms, bows, as well as fully customizable sublimated uniforms. You may add customization on the form of embroidery or tackle twill lettering to many in stock items including uniform shells and skirts, blank tees and tanks, warmups, and more. You may also add screen printing designs to blank tees and tanks.
To design your own sublimated uniforms, visit the Sublimation design center at http://sublimation.omnicheer.com/designertool/, then contact us with your uniform design's custom Omni ID number.

What type of customization is possible?
We offer many different customized options for you and your team.
- For in stock uniforms, apparel, and bags, you can choose from many different embroidery and tackle twill designs to give your outfit a customized look. You can also add embroidered names to your items. Embroidery and tackle twill take 4 - 6 weeks production after processing time, plus shipping.
- You can design custom poms, which take 3-4 weeks production after processing time, plus shipping. We offer custom poms in youth, plastic, metallic, wetlook, flash, and specialty styles.
- You can design custom bows, which take 3-4 weeks production after processing time, plus shipping.
- We also sell fully customizable Chassé® sublimated uniforms. Sublimated uniforms take 6 weeks production after processing time after art approval, plus shipping. You can read more about sublimated uniforms here, and design your own by visiting http://sublimation.omnicheer.com/designertool/.
- Screen printing is also available for cotton tees and tanks but unfortunately cannot be ordered online at this time. Please contact our Sales Department by phone at 800-299-7822 option 1 if you are interested in screen print designs.
- Closeouts are ineligible for customization.
What items can be customized?
We can add customization to multiple different in-stock items! If an item can be customized in an online order, you will see an option to customize the item on the item page.
Embroidery designs and names can be added to blank cotton, Lycra, and C-Prime tanks and tees; shorts; pants; and cotton, Lycra, or uniform skirts.
Warmup jackets can be customized with embroidery designs and names on the front or back, as well as tackle twill on the back of jackets.
Most duffle bags or backpacks can be customized with embroidery designs and names. Some bags are limited on spacing for designs; please contact our Sales Department at 800-299-7822 if you have any questions on placement availability.
Uniform shells and tops can be customized with tackle twill lettering or embroidery designs. Tackle twill is the popular choice for uniform tops for its longevity and visibility.
Screen printing designs can be added to cotton tees and tanks on phone, fax, or mail in orders.
Certain other in-stock items, for example some body basics or practice wear, may be eligible for customization via phone orders. Contact our Sales Department at 800-299-7822 to inquire.
Is there a minimum customization order?
Custom poms have a minimum order of 6 sets. Poms are sold individually, so 12 units must be ordered.
Sublimated uniforms have a minimum order of 9 pieces per style. For more information, click here.
There is no minimum order for embroidered names or designs.
There is no minimum order for tackle twill.
There is a 6 piece minimum order for screen printing.
Is there anything special I need to do if my order contains customized items?
If you are placing your order online, verify that all information is correct prior to submitting the order. We are not responsible for any errors such as misspellings, incorrect colors, incorrect sizing, etc. entered by the customer on any submitted order. If we have any questions regarding your order once it has been placed, we will contact you via phone or email.
If you are ordering by mail, phone, or fax, you will need to approve your order in writing before we will begin processing your order. We will email you a copy of your order once it is placed; simply review the order and respond to the email stating that you approve it. Please be sure to verify that all information (spelling, colors, sizes, quantities of items, etc.) is correct prior to responding. We are not responsible for any errors such as misspellings, incorrect colors, incorrect sizing, etc. entered by the customer on any approved order.

How long does it take to receive customized items?
After your order has been submitted with approvals and names list (if applicable), the production and processing of your customized items begins. Customized items can take anywhere from 4 - 6 weeks production and processing time, plus shipping.
Custom poms take 3 - 4 weeks production and processing time, plus shipping.
Sublimated uniforms take 4 - 6 weeks production and processing time, plus shipping.
Screen printed items take 4 - 6 weeks production and processing time, plus shipping.
Can I return or exchange my customized items?
Customized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can changes be made to the customization once an order is processed?
Once an order with customized items has been submitted and/or approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.

How is the price for tackle twill determined?
Tackle twill pricing is determined by the number of colors, type of colors, and number of letters you have chosen.
Each metallic, sequin, or foil tackle twill color is an additional $2 per piece.
How is the price for embroidery determined?
Embroidery pricing is based on the quantity of pieces you are customizing, location, and thread color.
Embroidered names are $6 per name. There is no minimum for embroidered names.
Embroidery prices are specific to the web and may not match catalog pricing
Any metallic thread will add $2 to the cost of each piece of embroidery (i.e. 6 pieces of a center chest design in metallic royal thread will be $12.95 each added to the cost of the garment).

How is the price for screen printing determined?
Screen print pricing is determined by the quantity of pieces you are customizing, as well as the number and type of colors chosen.

Each glitter ink color is an additional $1 per piece.
Is there an additional charge for metallic, foil, sequin, or glitter ink or thread?
For tackle twill, there is an additional $2 charge per metallic, foil, or sequin colors, per piece.
For embroidery, there is an additional $2 charge per piece for the use of any metallic color thread.
For screen printing, there is an additional $1 charge per glitter ink, per piece.
Is it possible to add personal team logos or designs to products?
Yes! We would be happy to assist you with your personal team logo or design. Please contact our Sales department at 800-299-7822 for more information and to receive a price quote.
Do the colors of the customization match the colors of the products
We attempt to provide the very best possible color match between our customized options and our products. Due to the way different fabrics accept dyes, we cannot guarantee exact color matches between our products and the customization.
Will all tackle twill letters be the same size on every uniform?
There are two groups of letter sizes for tackle twill, youth and adult. Tackle twill is sized depending on whether the product is a youth or adult size garment.
If there are both youth and adult sizes on an order, both tackle twill size groups will be used on their respective garments (youth size tackle twill on youth size garments, adult size tackle twill on adult size garments) so that all uniforms look consistent.
What sizes and locations of embroidery designs are available?
There are four different sizes of embroidery available. They are leg, small designs, large designs, and back logo.
Leg designs can be added to shorts, skirts, or pants, and are smaller than small designs. Unless otherwise noted, leg designs default to the left leg.
Small designs are most often placed on the top front left chest area of a warmup jacket. Unless otherwise noted, small designs default to the left side of the jacket.
Large designs are larger than small designs and are most often placed on the front of tees and tanks, as well as on duffle bags and backpacks.
Any of our large designs can be further enlarged to be placed on the back of a jacket or tee. These are larger than large designs so they stand out across the back of the garment.
Is it possible to add customization to item locations that are not listed?
Some items may be customized in locations other than those listed on our site. Please contact our Sales Department at 800-299-7822 for other possible location options.
Is there a character limit for names/lines of embroidery?
There is a 12 character limit for names and lines of embroidery, including punctuation and spaces.
Is it possible to buy the embroidery design or tackle twill letters only, without it being on a product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to purchase only the embroidery designs or tackle twill letters separately at this time.
Do embroidery designs have to say cheer/cheerleader/cheerleading?
Embroidery designs that say cheer, cheerleader, or cheerleading can be modified for an additional fee; please contact our Sales Department at 800-299-7822 for more information and to get a price quote.
What are the different forms of customization, and how are they applied to the products?
- Tackle twill is a cut-out letter or design placed on top of another material. It is heat pressed and then stitched to the garment.
- Embroidery is when a design, name, or word is stitched directly into fabric using different color thread.
- Screen printing is when ink is pressed onto the item to create an image or design.

Will my customized items last more than a few seasons?
Yes, customized items can last for seasons, if cared for properly. Some customers have used the same customized uniforms for all four years of high school.
How long customized items will ultimately last depend on their overall care and upkeep. Please read our Cheer Apparel Care Tips for more information.
Customized items including poms, embroidery, tackle twill, screen printing, and sublimated uniforms are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged. We recommend ordering a Fit kit or sizing samples prior to placing your custom order. Please be aware that all customized orders take additional production time and ship between 4-6 weeks plus actual shipping time from the process date. It is your responsibility as the customer to verify that all information submitted for customized items is correct. It is important to review the entire order before submitting the order and make any necessary corrections before the order is submitted.
