We may collect the following personal information about our customers: full name, billing address, mailing address, business name, telephone number, fax number, email address and credit card information. Your personal information is protected through account management, which allows you to choose a username and password. We will never rent, sell or give any of your personal information to an outside source, though we may share some information with our affiliates. We will NEVER send you an email asking you to provide personal information to us by email, such as your name or credit card number. Even if an email looks like it came from us, do not respond and instead contact us to report the scam email that you received.
We use current, up-to-date e-commerce industry standards when we collect and/or transmit sensitive information, such as a credit or debit card number. Unfortunately, despite best efforts, no transmission of information is 100% protected against hacking, and our website users should take steps to protect their identity and information against misuse.
Omni Cheer may disclose collected information as necessary to comply with the law; to enforce or apply applicable terms and conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our guests or others.
Occasionally there may be information on the Omni Cheer website that contains errors or inaccuracies that may relate to the products description, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time.
Omni Cheer reserves the right to modify, alter or update listed pricing of all products at any time due to sale end dates, promotions and/or availability.
Comments and Feedback
We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our site, products and our services. Comments submitted must not violate any right of any third party and must not contain any abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.
The Omni Cheer website may contain links to other websites that are not under the control of Omni Cheer. Omni Cheer has no responsibility for the linked websites and provides the links solely for the convenience and information of our customers.
Representation of Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors on our site as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you may see depend on your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer's monitor will be accurate.
Customized items including poms, embroidery, tackle twill, screen printing, and sublimated uniforms are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged. We recommend ordering a Fit kit or sizing samples prior to placing your custom order. Closeouts are ineligible for customization. Please be aware that all customized orders take additional production time and ship after about 6 weeks, plus actual shipping time from the process date. It is your responsibility as the customer to verify that all information submitted for customized items is correct. It is important to review the entire order before submitting the order and make any necessary corrections before the order is submitted. Omni Cheer is not responsible for incorrect entries made by the customer. If for some reason you feel the information on the customized items is not correct or you need assistance, please contact us at 1-800-299-7822.
If you use the Custom Design Studio or Sublimation Design Tool, you acknowledge that the image you see is only a visual representation, and that the final product may vary; including the letter sizes and final look of the tackle twill for youth and adult sizes. Tackle twill is sized depending on whether the product is a youth or adult size garment. If there are both youth and adult sizes on an order, both tackle twill size groups will be used on their respective garments (youth size tackle twill on youth size garments, adult size tackle twill on adult size garments) so that all uniforms look consistent.
Fit Kits & Shoe Sizers
All Fit Kits and Shoe Sizers must be prepaid. Purchase orders are not applicable. Credit will be provided on fit kit returns when all pieces are returned to the DC. In instances where the DC does not receive the return, please submit proof of delivery for a credit to be provided. Our return labels provide tracking so we will be able to verify if a return has been initiated for a credit to be approved.
Closeouts are ineligible for customization.
Returns and Exchanges
We'll gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days after receipt. Due to the nature of our products, some items are ineligible for returns.
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change any items on your order, place additional items on the order, or cancel any part of the order.
Cheer Saver Shipping
Free Cheer Saver shipping on orders of $200 or more applies to web orders only. Phone, fax, or mail in orders can qualify for free Cheer Saver Shipping by ordering at least $300 worth of qualifying apparel products (shoe only orders are excluded). Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free Cheer Saver shipping offer.
