We may collect the following personal information about our customers: full name, billing address, mailing address, business name, telephone number, fax number, email address and credit card information. Your personal information is protected through account management, which allows you to choose a username and password. We will never rent, sell or give any of your personal information to an outside source, though we may share some information with our affiliates. We will NEVER send you an email asking you to provide personal information to us by email, such as your name or credit card number. Even if an email looks like it came from us, do not respond and instead contact us to report the scam email that you received.

We use current, up-to-date e-commerce industry standards when we collect and/or transmit sensitive information, such as a credit or debit card number. Unfortunately, despite best efforts, no transmission of information is 100% protected against hacking, and our website users should take steps to protect their identity and information against misuse.

Representation of Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors on our site as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you may see depend on your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer's monitor will be accurate.

Customized Items

Please review the following terms that govern your use and purchase of products from our site. Your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms of Use.

Customized items including poms, embroidery, tackle twill, screen printing, and sublimated uniforms are non-refundable and non-returnable. We recommend ordering a Fit kit or sizing samples prior to placing your custom order. Closeouts are ineligible for customization. Please be aware that all customized orders take additional production time and ship after about 6 weeks, plus actual shipping time from the process date. It is your responsibility as the customer to verify that all information submitted for customized items is correct. It is important to review the entire order before submitting the order and make any necessary corrections before the order is submitted. Omni Cheer is not responsible for incorrect entries made by the customer. If for some reason you feel the information on the customized items is not correct or you need assistance, please contact us at 1-800-299-7822.

If you use the Custom Design Studio or Sublimation Design Tool, you acknowledge that the image you see is only a visual representation, and that the final product may vary; including the letter sizes and final look of the tackle twill for youth and adult sizes. Tackle twill is sized depending on whether the product is a youth or adult size garment. If there are both youth and adult sizes on an order, both tackle twill size groups will be used on their respective garments (youth size tackle twill on youth size garments, adult size tackle twill on adult size garments) so that all uniforms look consistent.

Fit Kits & Shoe Sizers

All Fit Kits and Shoe Sizers must be prepaid. Purchase orders are not applicable. Credit will be provided on fit kit returns when all pieces are returned to the DC. In instances where the DC does not receive the return, please submit proof of delivery for a credit to be provided. Our return labels provide tracking so we will be able to verify if a return has been initiated for a credit to be approved.

Closeout Products

Closeouts are ineligible for customization.

Returns

We'll gladly accept returns within 30 days after receipt. Due to the nature of our products, some items are ineligible for returns.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to change any items on your order, place additional items on the order, or cancel any part of the order. 

Free Shipping

Free Shipping on orders of $200 or more applies to web orders only. Phone, fax, or mail in orders can qualify for Free Shipping by ordering at least $300 worth of qualifying apparel products (shoe only orders are excluded). Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping offer.

Information Provided by You

It has been and remains Elite's policy not to accept or consider ideas, comments, suggestions or materials other than those that Elite has specifically requested from you. Accordingly, unless expressly agreed by Elite, Elite does not want you to, and you agree through the use of this Site that you will not, send any drawings, designs, sketches, projects, plans, or other confidential or proprietary information belonging to you or any other entity to Elite through our Site unless specifically requested by Elite (e.g., information necessary to place an order). Please note that, unless expressly agreed by Elite, any unsolicited information or material sent to Elite will be deemed not to be confidential or proprietary. By submitting information and material to this Site, unless expressly agreed by Elite, you automatically grant to Elite (or warrant that the owner of such information and material has expressly granted to Elite) a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, unrestricted, right and license to use, exploit, reproduce, display, perform, modify, adapt, publish, translate, manufacture, market, transmit and distribute or otherwise make available to others such information and material (in whole or in part and for any purpose) worldwide and/or to incorporate it into other works in any form, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed. You also agree that, unless expressly agreed by Elite, Elite is free to use or exploit, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send Elite for any purpose, without compensating you in any way.

You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on or through this Site any information or material protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of such right(s). You agree to be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission.

Any contact which you may make with Elite, Elite employees or Distributors via this Site must be for an Elite business-related purpose and all such communications are property of Elite, and subject to review and monitoring by Elite in accordance with applicable laws

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Google, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Yelp, Amazon, or any other third party.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last calendar day of the same month (each, a “Monthly Entry Period,” and collectively, the “Sweepstakes Period”). All Entries must be submitted and received within the Sweepstakes Period to be valid and eligible for the drawing.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE—no review required). Hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and the words “2025 Omni Cheer Reviews Giveaway—AMOE” on a 3"x5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Omni Cheer Reviews Giveaway AMOE, Attn: Digital Marketing, 2136 N. 13th Street, Reading, PA 19604. Postmarked by the last day of the Monthly Entry Period and received within 7 days thereafter. No purchase or review required.

Entry limits/prohibitions. Limit one (1) entry per person per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of method. Automated, bulk, or script entries are prohibited and will be void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.

All reviews/entries must comply with these Rules and Sponsor’s site terms and community standards. The following content is prohibited (non-exhaustive):

The Sponsor reserves the right to reject any Entry which Sponsor determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, does not meet the above criteria or is otherwise offensive or is not in keeping with the Sponsor's image and reputation. Sponsor reserves the right to remove any Entry without prior notice.

PRIZES; ODDS: Per-Month Prize (12 total): One (1) winner per Monthly Entry Period will receive a $50 Amazon.com Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: $50). Total ARV for all prizes in 2025: $600. Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuer. No cash alternative; prize is non-transferable; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per person during any 12-month period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Entry Period.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER. Sponsor (or its agent) will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for each Monthly Entry Period on or about the first business week following the close of that Monthly Entry Period. Potential winners will be notified at the email address provided with their entry and must respond within 72 hours of notification. Sponsor may require an eligibility declaration and, where lawful, a publicity/liability release to be returned within 5 days of receipt. Non-compliance, undeliverable notification, or failure to respond in time may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules. The decisions of Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding in all respects.
