How do I quality for Free Shipping?
Free Shipping applies to all orders of $200 or more shipped within the Continental US when Standard Shipping is selected as the shipping method during checkout.
Free Shipping takes approximately 7 to 10 business days to arrive after the order is processed. Any customized items on the order will take additional time.
To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must meet these qualifications:
- The amount of your order is $200 before any promotional codes, taxes, and/or shipping is applied.
- Is being shipped to an U.S. delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 states only. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are excluded in the Free Shipping promotion. Shipping to PO, APO, FPO, or DPO boxes are also not eligible for Free Shipping.
- Free Shipping may not be used in conjunction with another promotional code unless otherwise noted.
Additionally, some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply. If an item on your order becomes unavailable and lowers the total of the order to below $200, shipping charges will apply. Omni Cheer and GK Cheer reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.
Can I cancel an order once it's placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change any items on your order, place additional items on the order, or cancel any part of the order.
In the unfortunate event that you no longer want or need items that have already been ordered, please refer to our Returns policy.
Can I customize my items?
Yes! You can customize many products on our site when ordering online or over the phone. Customization options include embroidery, tackle twill, rhinestones, Spanglez™, imprinting, and screen printing for many in-stock items, including uniform shell tops and skirts, warmups, practice wear, backpacks and more.
- Tackle twill is a one, two or three-layered fabric appliqué, commonly used to showcase a school name, or initials, that is sewn down onto the garment.
- Embroidery is a design created by thread that is stitched directly onto the product, typically showcasing a name or mascot.
- Screen printing is an image, commonly of a team name or mascot, that is printed by forcing ink through a mesh screen onto a garment.
- Tackle twill with rhinestones is a one, two, or three-layered appliqué sewn down onto the garment paired with a faceted gemstone scatter heat transfer around the team name or initials.
- Spanglez is a flat, heat transferred embellishment commonly used to feature a team name, mascot, or an added scatter effect.
- Imprinting is a solid, metallic, or glitter film design used for a team name or mascot that is heat transferred onto a product.
- Rhinestones are a faceted gemstone design, generally a team name or scatter effect, which is heat transferred onto a garment

If I upload my own logo to be placed on a garment, do I have to give Elite Sportswear, L.P. right usage and accept all liability arising from its use, and grant Elite Sportswear, L.P. a non-exclusive right to reproduce the logo solely for fulfilling the order?
Yes, by uploading and placing an order against a garment or apparel piece that included an uploaded log design, Customer represents and warrants to Elite that it has all necessary rights to the logo provided, accepts all liability arising from its use, and grants Elite a non-exclusive right to reproduce the logo solely for fulfilling the order. By uploading an image/logo and placing an order, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE CONTRIBUTION TERMS AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND LEGALLY BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR CONTRIBUTION.
How long does it take to receive customized items?
Customized items are made to order and require additional production and processing time, plus shipping time. After your order has been submitted and fully approved with all required information, the production and processing of your customized item(s) begins. All custom production orders ship complete. If there are any back-ordered items on a custom order, production will not commence until all inventory is available. Estimated customization timeframes are in the chart below.

Can I order Fit Kits and Shoe Sizers?
Yes! We recommend ordering a Fit Kit prior to placing all customized orders, as customized items cannot be returned.
How It Works: For a small, refundable deposit, order the Fit Kit or Shoe Sizer for the product you’d like to fit on your team. You’ll receive a full youth to adult size run for the selected uniform, warmup, or shoes. After your fitting, return the Fit Kit or Shoe Sizer within 30 days of purchase for a full refund using the included free return label.
All Fit Kits and Shoe Sizers must be prepaid. Purchase orders are not applicable. Credit will be provided on fit kit returns when all pieces are returned to the Elite Sportswear, L.P. Distribution Center. In instances where the Distribution Center does not receive the return, please submit proof of delivery for a credit to be provided. Our return labels provide tracking so we will be able to verify if a return has been initiated for a credit to be approved. Please include a copy of your order confirmation with your fit kit return to help expedite the credit process.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Purchase Orders, and payments by check.
If you are using a pre-paid credit card, please place your order with us via phone at 1-800-299-7822, option 1. Pre-paid credit cards cannot be used online unless they have a billing address assigned to them.
Payment must be received and approved before your order can be processed and shipped. We do not accept C.O.D. payments.

School Purchase Orders must be submitted online, faxed, or mailed to us before your order will be processed. The Purchase Order must be completely filled out and have all appropriate signatures. Do you have any coupons, promotions, or discounts?
We always offer Free Shipping on online orders of $200 or more. Sign up for our emails and SMS, and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter to receive information on any current or future promotions.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is a combined total of state, county, city, and district tax rates. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. States where sales taxes are applicable. The amount of state and local tax rates are subject to change at any time. For your convenience, we've provided a sales-tax estimate during checkout. However, many factors can change between the time you place your order and when it ships. Because of this, your final sales-tax charges may be different from the estimated amount. Tax will be refunded for returned items.
Special note for residents of Alabama. Omni Cheer has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R012442504.
HOW DO I CREATE A TAX EXEMPT ACCOUNT?
To set up a tax-exempt account, you must have a tax exemption certificate issued by your state. If you don’t have one, please contact the appropriate governing body in your state to apply for one.
If you already have an account with Omni Cheer, please forward the tax-exempt certificate to ARSalesTax@gkelite.com along with the company/school name and address associated with the account, as well as the main contact's name, email, and phone number. Our team will validate it and notify you when your account has been updated. Important: failure to provide complete information, may delay the processing of your request.
If you do not already have an Omni Cheer account, you can apply for one here. You will be able to upload your tax-exempt certificate as part of the application process.

What happens when an item is on backorder?
Items that are on backorder when your order is placed will ship when they are back in stock. Please note that your credit card will be authorized and charged on the date your order is placed.
We will provide you with an approximate shipping date of any backordered items at the time we receive your order. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change.
Occasionally, select products will ship from a separate warehouse location and will need additional processing time. Applicable products will include an updated status message in your shopping cart.
Closeout items are limited to stock on hand and cannot be backordered.
Can I pick up my order if I am local?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow orders to be placed or picked up at our current location.
