How do I qualify for free shipping?
For online orders, you qualify for free Cheer Saver Shipping by adding at least $150 worth of products to your shopping cart.
Phone, fax, or mail in orders can qualify for free Cheer Saver Shipping by ordering at least $250 worth of qualifying apparel products.
Cheer Saver Shipping takes approximately 7 to 10 business days to arrive after the order is processed. Any customized items on the order will take additional time.
The Fine Print:
- The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before any promotional codes, taxes, and/or shipping is applied.
- Free Cheer Saver Shipping applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 states only, and excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
- Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
- Free Cheer Saver Shipping may not be used in conjunction with another promotional code unless otherwise noted.
- If an item on your order becomes unavailable and lowers the total of the order to below $150, shipping charges will apply.

Can I cancel an order once it's placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change any items on your order, place additional items on the order, or cancel any part of the order.
In the unfortunate event that you no longer want or need items that have already been ordered, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Can I customize my items?Yes! You can customize select items when ordering online and over the phone. You can add customization in the form of embroidery, tackle twill lettering, rhinestones, spanglez, and imprinting to many in-stock items including uniform shells and skirts, warmups, backpacks and more. Screen printing designs may be added to blank tees and tanks. We also offer fully customizable sublimated uniforms, custom bows and poms, and megaphones.

How long does it take to receive customized items?
Customized items are made to order and require additional production and processing time, plus shipping for personalization. After your order has been submitted with approvals and names list (if applicable), the production and processing of your customized items begins. Can I order packages?
Yes! Uniform, warmup, and practice wear packages are available for ordering online or by contacting our Sales Department at 1-800-299-7822.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Purchase Orders, and payments by check.
If you are using a pre-paid credit card, please place your order with us via phone at 1-800-299-7822, option 1. Pre-paid credit cards cannot be used online unless they have a billing address assigned to them.
Payment must be received and approved before your order can be processed and shipped. We do not accept C.O.D. payments.
School Purchase Orders must be submitted online, faxed, or mailed to us before your order will be processed. The Purchase Order must be completely filled out and have all appropriate signatures. Will I be Charged Sales Tax?
Sales tax is a combined total of state, county, city, and district tax rates. Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. States where sales taxes are applicable. The amount of state and local tax rates are subject to change at any time. For your convenience, we've provided a sales-tax estimate during checkout. However, many factors can change between the time you place your order and when it ships. Because of this, your final sales-tax charges may be different from the estimated amount. Tax will be refunded for returned items.
How do I create a tax-exempt Omni Cheer account?
To set up a tax-exempt account with Omni Cheer, please click here to download the proof application documentation. Exemption documents can be filled out and returned by email to email@example.com. Please include Name, Organization Name, Customer Number (if applicable), Email, and Phone Number in the body of your email so we can quickly identify and assign tax exemption status to your account.

Please note, any incomplete information on your exemption document (signature, date, not checking every applicable box) will result in a request for you to resubmit the document with complete information. Keep in mind that this account can't be used for personal purchases. All tax-exempt accounts will be created under the business or organization's name (i.e. school, district, or agency).
Items that are on backorder when your order is placed will ship when they are back in stock. Please note that your credit card will be authorized and charged on the date your order is placed.
We will provide you with an approximate shipping date of any backordered items at the time we receive your order. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. We will inform you by email or phone if this date changes.
Occasionally, select products will ship from a separate warehouse location and will need additional processing time. Applicable products will include an updated status message in your shopping cart.
Closeout items are limited to stock on hand and cannot be backordered.
