Shipping Information

How do I qualify for Free Shipping? 

- For online orders, you qualify for Free Shipping by adding at least $200 worth of products to your shopping cart. Select Standard Shipping at checkout.

- Phone, fax, or mail in orders can qualify for Free Shipping by ordering at least $300 worth of products.

Standard/Free Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive after the order is processed in the distribution center.

The Fine Print:

• The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before any promotional codes, taxes, and/or shipping is applied.
• Free Shipping applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 states only, excludes Hawaii & Alaska .
• Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
• Free Shipping may not be used in conjunction with another promotional code unless otherwise noted.
• If an item on your order becomes unavailable and lowers the total of the order to below $200, shipping charges will apply.
• Free Shipping is not available for shipping to PO, APO, FPO, or DPO boxes.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue Free Shipping at any time.

We ship orders using UPS, and USPS.

Shipping Options and Rates

For stock merchandise without any additional embellishment, please allow up to 24-48 business hours for order processing. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be treated as received on Monday and processed within 48 hours. Actual delivery time will vary depending on the date your order is received, your location, and product availability. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for expedited shipping options. All customized items require additional production time after processing.

1. Order placed on Saturday, September 8
2. Order begins processing Monday, September 10 through Tuesday, September 11 (24-48 hours allowed for processing)
3. Order ships Wednesday, September 12, via Standard Shipping
4. Order is delivered between Monday, September 17 and Wednesday, September 19 (this allows a 3-5 business day shipping window, after processing)

1. Order placed on Saturday, September 8

3. Order ships Wednesday, September 12, via 3-Day OR 2-Day Shipping
4. Order is delivered on Monday, September 17 (3-Day Shipping) OR on Friday, September 14 (2-Day Shipping) (this allows 2-3 business days for shipping window, after processing, excluding Saturdays and Sundays which do not count as business shipping days)

Shipping times listed below DO NOT include our 24-48 hour processing time. Please add 24-48 hours for processing when determining your estimated delivery date. Shipping times below include business days only, and exclude Saturdays and Sundays. Please do not count Saturdays or Sundays as shipping days when estimating your delivery date.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING GUIDELINES

Shipping Times may be impacted by high volume and carrier restrictions during the holiday season. We strongly encourage placing orders to the Continental US by the following dates to allow for delivery by Christmas.

Timeframes for in-stock products only. Please see Customization FAQ for additional production time needed for customized products.

Shipping to PO, FPO, APO, or DPO boxes

We are unable to ship to PO, FPO, APO, or DPO boxes.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii

All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped Expedited 2-Day Shipping and be charged the associated fee.

Please note that shipments arriving to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to longer transit times due to the carrier or location of the station.

Shipping Internationally

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally. We are currently able to ship to addresses within the 50 United States.
