That depends on the impact you want to make. However, if you’re looking for a starting point, choose your poms based on the age of your squad. We carry Mini, Youth, and Adult poms to support teams of all ages.

How many streamers are in each pom?

To ensure our pom poms are as full and impactful as possible, we weave in about 1,000 streamers into each one. However, if you choose to modify the streamer length and width to determine exactly how big each pom will be.

Which streamer length is best for pom poms?

Streamer length changes how our multi-color pom poms move during routines. If you want something bouncy and energetic, consider shorter, wider streamers. Looking for something a little more flowy and graceful? You may want longer, thinner strands.
