Don’t take your own measurements. Wear the undergarments worn with your uniform.

**Chest:** Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

**Waist:** Measure at the natural waistline, at the smallest part of waist, where the natural curve lies when you bend to the side.

**Hips:** Measure around the fullest part of your body.

**Inseam:** Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the desired pant length.

**Sleeve length:** Measure from the end of the shoulder to middle of hand.
