While standing, place your foot on top of the Shoe Sizer, lining up your heel to the back of the insole.

**Length:** Match heel-to-toe length with about ½–¾" wiggle room in front of the longest toe.

**Width:** Confirm the insole fits the widest part of your foot, up to ¼" extra on each side. Your foot should not spill over the insole.
