How do I qualify for free shipping?
For all orders, you qualify for free Cheer Saver Shipping by adding at least $75 worth of products to your shopping cart.
Cheer Saver Shipping takes approximately 7 to 10 business days to arrive after the order is processed. Any customized items on the order will take additional time.
The Fine Print:
- The qualifying amount is the total amount of the products purchased before any promotional codes, taxes, and/or shipping is applied.
- Free Cheer Saver Shipping applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 states only, and excludes Hawaii and Alaska.
- Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply.
- Free Cheer Saver Shipping may not be used in conjunction with another promotional code unless otherwise noted.
- If an item on your order becomes unavailable and lowers the total of the order to below $75, shipping charges will apply.
- Free Cheer Saver Shipping is not available for shipping to PO, APO, FPO, or DPO boxes.

Can I cancel an order once it's placed?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to change any items on your order, place additional items on the order, or cancel any part of the order.
In the unfortunate event that you no longer want or need items that have already been ordered, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Can I customize my items?
Yes! We offer custom poms, as well as fully customizable sublimated uniforms. You may also add customization in the form of embroidery or tackle twill lettering to many in stock items including uniform shells and skirts, blank tees and tanks, warmups, and more.
You may also add screen printing designs to blank tees and tanks.
To design your own sublimated uniforms, visit the Sublimation design center at http://www.omnicheer.com/shop.axd/Sublimation, then contact us with your uniform design's custom Omni ID number.
The majority of customized items will take 3 - 6 weeks production and processing time, plus shipping. Sublimated uniforms will take 6 weeks production and processing time, plus shipping.

Can I order packages?
Uniform, warmup, and practice wear packages are available by contacting our Sales department at 800-299-7822 option 1.
Unfortunately at this time, packages are not available for order through our website. Please check back soon as we are always making improvements to our processes.
What are my payment options?
For online orders, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
If you are using a pre-paid credit card, please place your order with us via phone at 800-299-7822 option 1. Pre-paid credit cards can not be used online unless they have a billing address assigned to them.
For phone, fax, or mail in orders, payment options include: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, School Purchase Orders, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Personal Checks.
Payment must be received and approved before your order can be processed and shipped. We do not accept C.O.D. payments.
School Purchase Orders must be faxed or mailed to us before your order will be processed. The Purchase Order must be completely filled out and have all appropriate signatures. Please contact our Sales department at 800-299-7822 for more information.
Do you have any coupons, promotions, or discounts?
We always offer free Cheer Saver shipping on online orders of $75 or more. Sign up for our emails, visit us on Facebook, or follow us on Twitter to receive information on any current or future promotions.
Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax is charged for orders shipped within the state of California. The sales tax charged will be dependent on the total of each order.
Why was my credit card charged one cent?
A one-cent authorization is made on the customer's credit card for their protection and as a security measure when ordering online. It helps to avoid fraudulent use of a customer credit card by verifying the billing address provided against the billing address associated with the credit card. The one-cent authorization does fall off the customer account within 3 days. This is not always the case with prepaid credit cards. On prepaid credit cards, the one-cent authorization can cause an additional charge against the card balance depending on the prepaid credit cards terms and conditions.
Credit Card Authorization Form
Omni Cheer requires customers to fill out a credit card authorization form for international billing addresses, interstate billing and shipping addresses, unavailable QAS address verification and "credit card issuer does not support AVS system" notifications. This form is used to protect customers from fraudulent activity. If your order requires this form, our team will email the document to you, the customer. The credit card may be authorized for the total amount due, as a pending charge, after the terms and conditions are selected online.
Our team will verify the submitted information within 1 business day and release the order if applicable. Once the completed Credit Card Authorization Form is received, another form for that specific credit card number will not be needed.
Duplicate Pending Charges
Occasionally, a customer might click on the submit button too many times after placing an order online. Or sometimes a customer may click back or forward on a webpage, and a second authorization may process. If this happens, our team will email the customer to ask if another order was intentionally placed or if it was a duplicate order that should be canceled. Please do not make changes to your already processed order, as that will require a cancelation, and re-entry. If you notice pending charges on your credit card, please contact us. Our team will then process the order, or modify/cancel the order depending on your response. Your credit card may have already been authorized for the funds (hold on funds), however we cannot continue processing the order until this information has been obtained. We will attempt to contact you for up to 5 business days. If we are not able to get in touch with you, we will continue to process the order that you submitted on the website.
Items that are on backorder when your order is placed will ship when they are back in stock. Please note that your credit card will be authorized and charged on the date your order is placed.
We will provide you with an approximate shipping date of any backordered items at the time we receive your order. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. We will inform you by email or phone if this date changes.
Occasionally, select products will ship from a separate warehouse location and will need additional processing time. Applicable products will include an updated status message in your shopping cart.
Closeout items are limited to stock on hand and cannot be backordered.

There are a few restrictions for this exclusive offer:
- Items being matched must be for an identical item on all levels (manufacturer, model, color, size, etc) and it must include any applicable taxes and shipping.
- The item being matched must be from an authorized dealer. We will not honor a price match from a private individual, outside sales rep, online auction or retail outlets outside of the USA.
- The price cannot be a special sale or promotional offer of any kind including (but not limited to) limited offer pricing, first time buyer offers, coupons prices, discontinued or "team pricing".
- Items must be in stock and available for immediate shipment from the authorized dealer.
Can I pick up my order if I am local?
Omni Cheer is located in San Diego, CA, and is happy to offer a limited pick up option on eligible orders for our local customers. Our building and staff are not equipped for retail shopping, as we don't have a showroom or a fitting room. Orders being picked up will be packaged and available in our lobby. In order to qualify for pick up, an order MUST meet these requirements:
- All orders must be placed ahead of time. On-site ordering is not available at this time.
- The order total must equal at least $300.
- All pick orders must be prepaid via our approved payment options.
- Customers must schedule an appointment to pick up their order.
Local pick up orders require 2 business days to process after payment has been received. Order processing is subject to our standard policy, and is applicable to business days only. If you place your order on Friday, the earliest appointment you could make would be for the following Wednesday. An Omni Cheer sales representative will be able to provide you with a pick up day and time when you call to schedule your appointment. Pick up appointment availability may be limited to certain days and times at the discretion of Omni Cheer, is not subject to Omni Cheer business hours, and may change at any time without notice.
Please note that online orders do NOT qualify for pick up, and will be processed and shipped per our standard policies. Omni Cheer sales and customer service representatives are NOT able to change the status of an online order to "pick up" in any circumstance.
We do apologize, but walk-ins to place or pick up an order cannot be accepted at this time.
Pick up customers are not permitted to try on items at Omni Cheer. Returns and exchanges cannot be processed on-site under any circumstances, even at the time of your pick up. If you need to return or exchange an item that was included in a pick up order, please refer to our Return and Exchange Policy for more information. All returns and exchanges are subject to this policy, and must be received by the approved methods that are included there within.
