How to measure

When an athlete's measurement contains a partial inch, always round up to the next full inch. If measurements fall across two sizes, order the larger size.

Sizing illustration showing where to measure chest, waist, hips, torso, and inseam. — **Chest:** Measure the chest with arms at the side at the fullest part of the chest.

**Waist:** Measure at the natural waistline (narrowest part). If unsure, have the athlete bend to the side—where the body bends is the natural waist.

**Hip:** Measure at the fullest part of the buttocks with feet together.

**Torso:** Measure from center of shoulder down through legs and back to the shoulder.

**Inseam:** Without shoes, measure from crotch to one inch above the floor.

The goal of measuring is to determine the correct size to order for each athlete. Accurate measurements are vital to proper fit. Please ensure all athletes wear fitted workout apparel during measurement.
