Returns

While we strive to ensure that your package is exactly what you expect, occasional issues can happen. Please check your order carefully upon receipt and report any discrepancies to our Customer Service team within 5 days.

Returns: Stock Products

Omni Cheer gladly accepts customer returns provided the following conditions are met:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.
  • Returns must be processed through returns.omnicheer.com.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original hang tags and sewn-in labels.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Returns: Made-to-Order / Personalized Products / Embellished Stock Items

Made-to-order or personalized products (including custom, sublimated, or embellished items) are produced to customer specifications and are not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturer defect.

If you believe your item qualifies, please contact Customer Service. Requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

An RMA number is required for all returns and exchanges. Items must be returned within two (2) weeks of initiating the RMA or the authorization will expire.

Start Your Return

  1. Enter your order number and last name.
  2. Select the items and quantities you wish to return.
  3. Choose a return reason and submit your request.
  4. Print the return form and include it in your package.
  5. Ship using a trackable method within two weeks.

Returns Processing

Please allow 3–10 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Defective Products

Omni Cheer, in its sole discretion, will determine whether merchandise is defective and whether such merchandise will be replaced, repaired, or credited. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt (90 days for made-to-order items).
