What are my payment options?
Unless previously approved, all payments are due at time of order. Accepted Payment Options: All Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Check, PayPal, Klarna, ACH or Wire.
If requesting terms, our standard terms are Net 30 with a credit limit of $2,500; however larger credit limits will be subject to approval by Elite Sportswear. It is our policy not to ship any past due accounts.
If you have been approved for payment terms and specified on your account application that purchase orders were required, then your order will not be released until a purchase order has been received and validated by Elite Sportswear.
If you are using a pre-paid credit card, please place your order with us via phone at 800-299-7822.Pre-paid credit cards cannot be used online unless they have a billing address assigned to them.
Purchase Order Guidelines
School Purchase Orders must be emailed to orderprocessing@omnicheer.com or uploaded to the customer portal before any order will be released. The Purchase Order must be completely filled out and have all appropriate signatures.

Will I be charged tax?
Sales Tax is a combined total of state, county, city, and district tax rates. Sales Tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. States where sales taxes are applicable. The amount of state and local tax rates are subject to change at any time. For your convenience, we've provided a sales-tax estimate during checkout. However, many factors can change between the time you place your order and when it ships. Because of this, your final Sales Tax charges may be different from the estimated amount. Tax will be refunded for returned items.
Special note for residents of Alabama. Omni Cheer has collected the simplified sellers use tax on taxable transactions delivered into Alabama and the tax will be remitted on the customer’s behalf to the Alabama Department of Revenue. Seller’s program account number is SSU-R012442504.
How do I create a tax-exempt Omni Cheer Account?
To set up a tax-exempt account with Omni Cheer, you must have a tax exemption certificate issued by your state. If you don’t have one, please contact the appropriate governing body in your state to apply for one.
If you have a tax-exempt certificate, simply check the “Tax-exempt business purchase” box near the bottom of the page when checking out and forward a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to ARSalesTax@gkelite.com. You will be charged sales tax on this order, but it will be refunded when your exemption status has been confirmed. Please also include the following information in your email:
The full name and address of the organization that you are ordering on behalf of
The full name of the person associated with your Omnicheer.com account
The email address associated with your Omnicheer.com account
The phone number associated with your Omnicheer.com account
