When can I expect my order?

For stock merchandise without any additional embellishment, please allow up to 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be treated as received on Monday and processed within 48 hours. Actual delivery time will vary depending on the date your order is received, your location, and product availability. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days for expedited shipping options. All customized items require additional production time after processing and approval time, plus shipping. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for available shipping methods.

Tracking Your Order

To track your order, sign in by clicking "Sign In/Register" (tapping the user icon on mobile) located at the top right corner of the screen and then track your order in the Order History section. Note only users who are logged in can access their order history.

If it has been within two business days of placing your online order, tracking information may not yet be available.

Can I cancel an order once it's been placed?

No. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change any items on your order, place additional items on the order, or cancel any part of the order.

In the event that you no longer want or need items that have already been ordered, please refer to our Returns section for more information. Please keep in mind that customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Can I pick up my order if I am local?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow orders to be placed or picked up at our current location.
