We ship orders using UPS and USPS. If it has been within 24-48 business hours of placing your online order, tracking information may not yet be available. If no tracking information is available after 24-48 hours, please contact our Customer Service department at 800-299-7822 option 2 for assistance.

Can I Cancel An Order Once It's Placed?
No. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change any items on your order, place additional items on the order, or cancel any part of the order.
In the event that you no longer want or need items that have already been ordered, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges section for more information. Please keep in mind that customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I pick up my order if I am local?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow orders to be placed or picked up at our current location.
