Shoe Sizing Guides

Available shoe guides are printable documents that help you determine the best shoe size for you to order. These shoe guides are simply guides and are not guaranteed to provide the perfect size for each customer. Each shoe guide is unique to its corresponding item number and should not be used for any other shoe. If available, the shoe guide will be located on the product page of the item. Be sure to read the instructions on the guide before printing. It is important to carefully read and follow each step to ensure an accurate measurement. Based on the measurement of the longest of your two feet, order the size you believe will be the most comfortable for you. Shoe guides are available for select styles only. If you have sizing questions for a product that does not have a guide, please call our Customer Engagement Department for help.

Uniform, warmup, and practice wear packages are available online or by contacting our Sales Department at 800-299-7822.

Fit Kits

No more guessing! Make sizing your team easy by ordering a uniform or warmup Fit Kit! Fit Kits are available for select uniforms or warmups in youth and adult sizes so you can get the best fit for your group. After the fitting, you have the option to return the Fit Kit for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase! We recommend ordering a Fit Kit prior to placing all customized orders, as customized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Backordered Products

At Omni Cheer, we make every attempt to have all of the items that we sell in-stock and available to ship. However, some inventory will occasionally be listed as backordered, meaning we are temporarily out of your selection, but expect to have it back in stock soon. Items that are backordered are not available for immediately delivery, but when possible, we will provide you with an expected ship date for your item. Please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and subject to change. We will inform you by email or phone if this date changes. If you add an item that is backordered to your cart, Omni Cheer will notify you of the item status in your cart. Please note that the date listed indicates when we expect to ship the item, not when we expect the item to be delivered. Please note that your credit card will be authorized and charged on the date your order is placed.

Occasionally, select products will ship from a separate warehouse location and will need additional processing time. Applicable products will include an updated status message in your shopping cart. Closeout items are limited to stock on hand and cannot be backordered.
