Accessing an Existing Account
To access your existing account, please click “Sign In” (tap the user icon on mobile) located at the top right corner of the screen. Enter the email address associated with your account and a six-digit code will be emailed to you. Enter that code in the space provided and you’ll be securely logged in to your account. No password needed! Once logged in, you’ll have access to your account details, address book, order history, and saved designs.

Creating a New Account
There is no need to create an account if you are a first-time customer of Omnicheer.com. Simply shop the site and when ready, proceed to the checkout. Enter all of the requested information and click Pay Now. Your address and order details will be saved and associated with your email so that the next time you come back to the site, you’ll just click sign in and receive a six-digit code to complete the login process. No password to create or save! If you are tax-exempt for qualified purchases, simply check the “Tax-exempt business purchase” box near the bottom of the page when checking out and forward a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to ARSalesTax@gkelite.com. You will be charged sales tax on this order, but it will be refunded when your exemption status has been confirmed.
Updating an Existing Business/Institution Account
If you have already created a business or institutional account, but need to update information like adding or removing a buyer, changing your business information, or anything similar, then please use our Program Account Update Request Form. Someone from our team will process your request and reply typically within one business day. If you prefer, you can also call our customer support team at 800-299-7822 and a representative can assist you.
Forgot Your Password?
Great news! Omni Cheer’s new secure account access system no longer requires you to save or remember passwords. Simply click “Sign In / Register” (tap the user icon on mobile) located at the top right corner of the screen. Enter the email address associated with your account and a six-digit code will be emailed to you. Enter that code in the space provided and you’ll be securely logged in to your account.
View Orders
To view your order, sign in by clicking “Sign In” (tapping the user icon on mobile) located at the top right corner of the screen and then find your order in the Order History section. Learn more about your orders.
