Local Pick-Up Orders

Local orders are available for pick up 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Pick-Up orders must be placed over the phone with our sales call center, 24 to 48 business hours prior to the date you would like to pick up your order. We will require a written response email from the customer approving the order, prior to us charging the credit or debit card. Please call our sales office to place your pick-up order and make an appointment with our team. Unfortunately, web orders are not available for pick-up.

We kindly request that all local returns and exchanges be shipped back to our warehouse to be completed by mail. Returns and exchanges require a multi-step process, and we do not want to inconvenience you with a longer than ideal wait in our lobby. Please visit the HelpMe section for a printable return form.
