Items that are not available to ship when an order is placed are on backorder and will ship at a later date. Please note that your credit card will be authorized and charged on the date your order is placed. We will provide you with an approximate ship date at the time we receive your order. Select warm-ups and shoes that are not in stock will be drop shipped from another warehouse. Be aware that we allow 10-14 days business days in this circumstance. Custom made poms can take up to 4 weeks plus shipping for delivery. Closeout items are limited to stock on hand.
